  • Collaborate with business development and estimation leadership to develop distinctive value propositions that enhance our competitive position
  • Assist with developing and documenting the proposal plan, preparing deliverables, developing proposal/win strategy, and initial proposal management plan
  • Assist with deliverable reviews and adjust marketing materials in response to review results and requests
  • Assist with the review of the go/no-go decision, participate in the official proposal kickoff meeting, and assist in the development of graphics and visuals
  • Support the development of metrics such as change orders, safety, budget, schedule, diversity goals, and community involvement activities
  • Support subject matter experts and business lines with marketing deliverables such as presentations, infographics, resumes, and project sheets
  • Coordinate post-submittal requests including proposal revisions and shortlist interview
  • All other duties as assigned


  • A bachelor’s degree and/or experience in a relevant field is required
  • Experience working in the construction industry is a plus
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite programs is preferred
  • Must be able to generate creative and presentable content
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and other associated software
  • Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with multiple departments
  • Ability to work under pressure with competing schedule demands   
  • Excellent written and oral communication; including spelling and grammar
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% of the year
  • Must pass mandatory drug screening(s)
